Oct 30 Game Recap – Hawks win!

The Ice Hawks won their 12th-straight game in a row on Sunday night in Chilliwack, defeating the Jets by a 4-1 score.

Kyle Robinson scored two goals in the game, the Hawks’ first and last of the game, one in the second period and the lone goal in the third. He is now up to three goals this season.

Brayden Sinclair’s 15th of the year turned out to be the winner, making it 2-0 Ice Hawks at the time. Chilliwack got one back to come within a goal, but Alec Scouras secured the two-goal lead again for the visitors before the end of the second period.

Zach Shaughnessy got the call to start this one, stopping 29 of 30 shots to help keep the win streak alive.

The Hawks take on the Port Moody Panthers Tuesday night at the Ladner Leisure Centre. The U11 South Delta Storm will be fundraising that night with 50/50, raffle prizes, and chuck-a-puck!
