The Ice Hawks annual Teddy Bear Toss for Deltassist is back this year! On December 6th, all teddies thrown on the ice following the Ice Hawks’ first goal of the game will be going to Deltassist to help with their Toy Depot.
Deltassist will be on site as well, collecting food donations for their food bank pantry, other toy donations to go to the Toy Depot, and cash donations for their other Christmas programs. Anyone who brings a non-perishable food donation to the game will receive a ticket to a future Ice Hawks game!
There will also be a silent auction this year, with prizes donated by our friends at Tsawwassen Springs and Imperial Painting, so if you’d like some golf time or need some painting done around the house, this is the auction for you. All proceeds from the auction and the 50/50 will be contributed to Deltassist as well.
